Roasted Coffee

Shipped in nitrogen-flushed, valve-sealed kraft bags. Available in 250g, 500g and 1kg. All roasted lots are shipped within 48 hours of roasting. For wholesale quantities we ship in sealed 25kg bulk sacks, unpackaged, ready for your own retail format.

Roasted coffee ships via DHL Express for retail quantities. Ocean freight available for wholesale volumes above 25kg.

Note for UK clients: roasted coffee carries an 8% import tariff. We recommend importing green and roasting locally — we can supply the same lots in green format at no additional lead time.

Quality Control

Raw Honey

Shipped in food-grade sealed buckets, 25kg net weight. FDA registered. COFEPRIS compliant. Each lot includes a quality certificate confirming moisture content, HMF levels, and absence of antibiotics — available on request prior to order confirmation.

Available in four monofloral varieties: Tajonal, Dzildzilché, Jabin and Chakah, plus multifloral. All varieties ship unlabeled as standard — white label available for clients who require their own branding on the bucket

Vanilla

Shipped vacuum-sealed in food-grade bags. FDA Approved. Available in seven presentations: Extra Gourmet whole bean, Superior whole bean, Extraction grade, Extract, Paste, Powder and Seeds. International minimum order is 5kg per presentation.

Transit via DHL Express for orders under 10kg. Ocean freight available for larger volumes.

Every shipment leaves Mexico correctly documented, properly packed, and on time. Here’s exactly how we work.

Green Coffee

Shipped in polypropylene woven sacks, 50kg net weight per sack. Each sack is heat-sealed and labeled with full lot identification — producer name, origin, variety, harvest date, and process. GrainPro hermetic inner liners are available for clients with moisture-sensitive requirements.

We work with LCL ocean freight for all commercial orders. Transit times range from 7 to 24 days depending on destination. FOB Mexican port is our standard Incoterm — we handle everything on the Mexico side, you handle import clearance on yours. Door-to-door coordination is available through our logistics network.

Export Documentation

Every shipment includes the following at no additional cost:

• Commercial invoice

• Packing list

• Phytosanitary certificate (SENASICA)

• Certificate of Origin — T-MEC/USMCA (0% tariff for USA and Canada)

• Lot traceability sheet per product

Organic, Fair Trade, Rainforest Alliance and other third-party certifications are provided where applicable by the producing farm. Copies available before order confirmation upon request.
